You may purchase your Central Kitchen Dining Card Plan either online through our website, www.centralkitchenla.com, or in-person at our Central Kitchen restaurant, which is located at The Lorenzo, 325 West Adams Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90007. Once you register for a plan online, you will need to physically pick up your Dining Card from our Central Kitchen restaurant. For security purposes, we do not mail, ship or otherwise deliver Dining Cards to customers.

Once you have purchased a Dining Card Plan online, you may pick up your Dining Card during our normal business hours, which are posted on our website. When you pick up your Dining Card please have your proof of purchase (i.e. a copy of your receipt) with you as well as a valid photo identification card. Although parents and friends can purchase a Dining Card Plan on your behalf, you must pick up your Dining Card in person.

If you place your order online, we will provide you with an order acknowledgement by email. If you have multiple Dining Cards on your order, you may receive additional emails from us for each additional Dining Card Plan.
